Sore and happy, Summer CV’s weekly dinner is happening, as usual, over in Big Daddy’s diner at 239 Park Avenue South between 19th and 20th Streets starting at 8 PM tonight.
Like you might be doing, many of your fellow CV compatriots are taking off their leathers, putting their work clothes back on, and returning to their alter egos after a teriffic Floating World weekend.
If you didn’t make it to The Floating World event this past weekend, come to Summer CV to hear some stories, ask questions, and of course to hang out with friends over dinner. If you were at the event, whether or not you’re a Conversio Virium member, come to Summer CV tonight to share some of your stories and maybe even learn a thing or two from someone who attended a class that you missed.
So come tell us: what was your favorite part of the weekend?

The five (count ‘em, five) CV people who showed up for the Pride Parade all had a super time. Pride rocks. Summer CV! Monday. That’s today. Big Daddy’s. You know the place: 239 Park Avenue South, between 19th and 20th Streets. 8 PM. Smiles for you, kinky folks. Today, life is good.
Summer CV: There’s Nothing Like Reruns

It’s true. I do believe reruns are the secret guilty pleasure of us all.
Summer CV! This Monday evening we will again invade Big Daddy’s Diner, located at 239 Park Ave South, between 19th & 20th Streets. The time will be 8 PM. They were super nice to us last week, and as a better option hasn’t cropped up in the last six days, we shall return.
I shall be a tad late to this evening’s festivities. I’m sure ya’ll can party on without me.
Cheers,
Sara
Summer CV Goes East Side

Now I know what you’re thinking, but don’t worry, it’s not too East.
Hello all. In my wanderings around our fair city I have stumbled on a new diner. You gasp, you point, you disbelieve, but there it is—new diners do actually pop up in our fair city all the time, like welts on a bottom’s back. (Humor my bad jokes, please.) The decor might be overly kitschy, but the food is great, and the burgers are served with Tater Tots.
The place: Big Daddy’s Diner at 239 Park Ave South, between 19th & 20th. An easy stroll from Union Square.
The time: Monday, June 4th at 8 PM.
Big Daddy’s management has graciously offered to set aside their upper balcony room for our use on Monday evening. (Did I mention our waitress was a sweetheart, and also super cute?) When you arrive, simply go to the stairs in the back and come on up to join us.
I would love to see each and every one of you there. The summer nights are turning beautiful, and it’s great to spend them enjoying our fair city. In the meantime, have a great weekend!
Summer CV 2nd Meeting

The second Summer CV meeting arrives tonight! Same bat time and same bat place as last week, which for newcomers means 8 PM at the Skylight Diner on the corner of 9th avenue and 34th Street.
Last week’s meeting was a rockin’ success, with tons of people showing up! This week might be a bit slimmer, with Memorial Day holiday plans in full swing, but for those of you who do attend, have a great time! And try the banana pancakes. Seriously.
