Article VIII: Bylaws

Section 1

Bylaws of the organization shall be proposed in writing by the Executive Board to the group as a whole, and must be approved by a two-thirds majority of the full membership.

Section 2

The bylaws of CV may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the full membership.

Section 3

Anyone may propose amendment to the bylaws. Proposed amendments to the bylaws must be submitted to the group in writing.

Section 4

An amendment to the bylaws must be considered for at least one week (or the first meeting, whichever comes last) from the date of its submission before it may be put to a vote.
